Indeed, it's just as the doctor says. Here, in terms of jazz, there's only a hint of the earlier periods. It's all very funkelectric. But not funkadelic like Decoy. That one is an evergreen four seasons.

Hello and greetings to everyone. We trust you with faithzan :D (damn!) That it doesn't please is one thing, that it doesn't please a priori is another. My opening to this review is not directed at anyone in here, but at musicians I know (of whom there are likely many similar around) who go heavy in an annoying way. In my opinion, the only way to truly enjoy this Davis is to watch his live performances. I managed to catch one in Rome from RAI (when they still provided cultural programming of a certain level), where you can see he wants to give more on stage. I believe he delivers more than he did in the studio in this case. Still, this is an album that cannot be fully criticized. Beyond the covers, the best can be found in the other tracks which, while not transcendent, still seem objectively of good quality.

I have (unfortunately, for my tastes) a wandering enthusiast among my relatives. I like them zero, but this album (that the biped always labels as you say) I happened to listen to, and it's not too bad. Only, fundamentally, it doesn't suit me. You did well to analyze the tracks.

I find the album crap. I listened to it the other day in a music store, an unbearable torture while I was browsing. Even the fake-trendy guitars are a thing now. Vomit-inducing character. A review I don't agree with at all, even though it's well-written. What a disgusting record.
