@Dreamwarrior: great point about Native Tongue, where they finally showed they could actually play thanks to Kotzen's presence. As for the rest, we're talking about posers; everything came down to the table of a money-hungry promoter. It seems that in 1986, they definitely sat down to figure out how to turn those spare coins they were given to set up this spectacle into clinking cash. And they succeeded. For me, they really made a breakthrough.
