In my opinion, it's hard to write about these things. The review gets to the point. No one asked you to be a critic. Moreover, you say things that perfectly frame the meaning of the work, but for me, it feels like it's just not enough.

A suggestion for those passing by here. Another unmissable fresco by Miller is The Colossus of Marussi, highly recommended, even though it's not very well regarded. I believe it is published by Feltrinelli and can be found easily.

I haven't read it yet. I think I will take care of it. The story is as fundamental to me as poetry. Unfortunately, finding the time to read (and I don’t know how I manage it, but I consider myself a great book devourer) becomes difficult, and sometimes a story fits into my schedule, and at times it's the same with just a single poem. I can complete long-distance writing during certain periods. It may seem like a bit of a butcher's way to read, but I have to do it this way. The mental processing of what I read (indeed, sometimes even just three lines) is another story that can keep me away from reading and immerse me in suggestion for weeks.
In short, I will read.

Jargon, I still don’t have the desire to delve into literary reviews because the matter is getting complex. At least at these levels. You picked one of the novels from my top 3. You say the right things, but you don’t go deep. Don’t take it personally.

I also agree with comment 8 by geb. As I wrote in one of my old reviews, one evening I went to see COF (can you believe it!) while listening to Whitesnake in the car. At my house, we listen to classical, jazz, and bossa nova in addition to glam. Sometimes even electronic music. In short, why should anyone be ashamed of music when it’s music?
