AA.VV. Lords Of Chaos: Die Geschichte Der Okkulten Musik

Anyway, this is the last review I'm doing regarding these social issues: I recognize that the audience is unable to intervene without biases. Nothing personal against you, to be clear, but perhaps talking about it in person would smooth over the contrasts, while in writing there is no possibility to elaborate. Thank you for the comments.

So: @veni: I’ve never found a book with a collection of essays where the curator is indicated, but I trust you, I don’t intend to contradict you. The book is tendentious. @norv: Everyone has their own opinion, of course. If a rapist, arsonist, and pedophile quotes Plato, I certainly won’t talk about that in a book on Plato, that’s obvious, but Vikerness, no matter how crazy he might be, is certainly aware of more facts than the authors of the book, and since he has never repented of his actions, he doesn’t keep quiet about them either. So he is often the most useful source we have. @lethe: Hi Lethe, yes I knew about the legend (because I read yours) but I believe these were due to the fact that being black, and therefore of African origin, he still had much of tribal religion; it was thought that the music of black people was satanic because it responded to cultural principles very different from Christian ones. It was a bit long to explain in a review.

at black metal: thank you for this and for the other review. It means various artists, it’s used to indicate that it’s a compilation. In books, however, ā€œa cura diā€ is used, citing the name of the person who has gathered the various parts of the book (articles, reviews, etc.).

And then let's not idolize (us?!!, who?!?) the black in any case, just look at the votes I give. And I haven't even cast a vote for the music since, given that it's a compilation, one shouldn't judge the music but the project: if you have different ideas, feel free to write them down, but I didn't understand this venting of yours. Damn, and then Praxiteles is much better, change your nickname!

I cited Vikerness because among all those who talk about it, I am certainly, and not because I consider myself an expert, one of the few who has read his articles and who is not speaking from hearsay. So since he reviewed the book on his site, it seemed normal to me to mention him. Then I didn't say: "let's burn in the church in the name of Odin"!!! I don't understand what you read... maybe there's a ghost part...

I really don't understand: the selection was meant to present evil groups, and Black Sabbath are not because it would be ridiculous to think that of them! I am opposed to this and you shut me down? Do you prefer those who say "long live the BS, they carry the cross and roam the cemeteries!"? Because those who curated the selection think like that!!! I don't understand where you stand, but your comment didn't seem relevant to me.

Wow, I'm only reading this now; beautiful and courageous. I’ve only heard the group by name, but I didn’t realize it was so important. Also, kudos for the consistency with which you approached the topic.

I want to say that I don't have any need for the spotlight: I'm just publishing everything all at once because in the coming days I will be busy and won't be able to keep up with the site. Thank you for your understanding. Good night.

another duplicate of an overhyped band. but it really seemed to me that this album was given a treatment that was truly out of place; this review also attempts to provide an overall judgment on the band and its work.

thank you tepes; I share the disagreement about the influences, but I know little about abyssic hate, I didn't want to risk talking nonsense. But who was the final phrase of your review referring to?
