You float on the eternal 3 when talking about New Trolls, one of the most overrated groups in the national scene, capable of garnering a lot of critics who over time have praised them beyond any decency. Recently, I even read something like "if they had been born in England, they would have become the Pink Floyd." But come on...

I've listened to it twice... and even though I love Radiohead, this work by Phil feels very boring and empty to me :((

Unwatchable film. Cast of brainless individuals, embarrassing dialogues, a chaotic direction lacking any narrative structure. Even the plot is quite pathetic.

19 lengths... what problems are there?

Teenagelobotomy... the jab came naturally, but it's not so much a criticism of Radiohead (whom I actually appreciate), but rather at those who believe that Radiohead invented who knows what kinds of experimentation and fill their mouths with it, ignoring that they drew from much earlier sources.

Well guys... the dark fascination that albums like this produced back then on us "old" darks... I was really young, but I knew the C.D.s well up in London and "Ashes" is one of those records that leaves something inside you forever.

Know-it-all... you don't need to have had lunch with Sylvian in person to say that he's a snobbish and detached person: musicians who have worked with him (whom I've met in person) have confirmed this to me multiple times, as has his behavior during press conferences and casual meetings before and after his concerts. Many of his interviews also confirm this, after all. But he’s certainly not the only one in the world of art rock.

Psycho... I have everything by Christian Death, including the albums by Shadow Project, Premature, etc. I find Shadow Project boring and redundant, just like the porn-metal albums of the latest Valor.
I maintain that Catastrophe and Ashes are excellent albums thanks to everyone involved! You can’t say that Valor has no merits: he wrote and played all the guitars, arranged the tracks with Gitane... some beautiful songs were written by Valor, and Rozz just sang them. Let’s not distort reality just because Valor has lost his touch later on.
