Ouch. I wanted this to be a general discussion! If I want, I can make you see the uselessness of 95% of your comments (be careful: I said uselessness, not right/wrong). But can I know who you like in country-rock? When you listened to Ryan Adams, did you think he was terrible compared to whom? By the way, I just saw that you don't even find an album like Ok Computer terrible, which speaks more than 1000 words. Bye, I'm closing and once again I haven't turned into a human case.

you have no arguments, that's the point. You don’t understand country rock but obviously you came to this review to say you think it’s terrible, even though that wasn’t necessary at all. Maybe it’s better if you comment on progressive, and even that comment doesn’t make sense, because Ryan Adams is talented and it’s not your genre. I don’t understand anything about classical music and jazz either, but that doesn’t mean I go to every Nat King Cole review to write that he’s terrible... to each their own, that’s the beauty of music.

Do you like country-rock? I wouldn't have guessed. But do you prefer post- or pre-77 country? Who do you like more between Jay Farrar and Jeff Finlin? Listen, since you like country and you're an objective interlocutor, do you agree with me that the Radar Bros. are the rightful heirs of new-country? And that the Silver Jews have lost their way? That Jason Ringenberg wrote, with "Bible and a Gun," a poignant and timeless song? Who do you prefer between Johnny Cash and Woody Guthrie? Do you like Rodney Crowell? Do you think, like me, that Lambchop can also be categorized as country-rock? And why, if you find Ryan Adams terrible, could you enjoy Warren Zevon? Do you like Warren Zevon as a country-rock expression? Or do you find him too country and not enough rock? But where's the metalhead? I want to be a case study.

in fact, as you can see, I don't care about you 99% of the time.

You don’t understand, arnoldlayne: we don’t care that you didn’t like it the first time you heard it, simply because on this site your opinion has been inflated like the ruble. If a genre of music (or the year a record was released) doesn’t suit you, just leave it alone. There’s no need to infest 15,000 reviews with your opinion. Especially if you’re talking about records that are objectively well-made, like this one, or others that are much better than this. Do you like progressive music? Great, comment on that! At this point, I invoke the metallarobionico for my nomination as a human case.

you’re becoming quite a nuisance, arnold. we get it, you don’t like records after '77, every comment you make is simply superfluous... can you get that? what does it cost you to hold back every now and then? there’s a negative/useless comment from you for every post-77 album review. I also don’t listen to music made before '35, but I don’t go to every review of Mozart and drop a 1.

But how many kids have shown up recently? Why did they close the schools? And are you all coming here? Spread out a bit, there are like 20 music venues in Italy...

Right STIPE, in fact everyone does what they want: I’ll do it too, you can bet on it! One for all those that will come. That's the beauty of modern democracy... you act, I react, and no one goes to jail!
