Oh yes. A review that I "feel" is branded on my skin.

I was on the subway, as always with my iPod set to random with a full 5000 tracks and more. Suddenly, I receive the notification email from Debaser for the latest comment on this review and in the meantime, the first chords of Hejira start playing.

Uh Dos, what a revival!
I know practically everything about Baglioni because I have an older sister who, besides living through her teenage loves while basking in the listening of all his works, adored him and never let a vinyl slip through her fingers. So I must say I had the chance to appreciate him for a long time, to the point that I later retrieved some of his songs on CD for myself.
In particular, this one and the previous "E Tu Come Stai?" are the ones I appreciate the most, along with a handful of older songs (Quante Volte, Lampada Osram, Solo, Nel Sole nel Sale nel Sud, etc., but not Piccolo Grande Amore which I've never been able to stand, perhaps because I've always been forced to play it for years during all the seaside nights with friends, along with La Canzone del Sole, blaah!!).
This review has the retro flavor of Sunday afternoons during high school, definitely a plunge into the past.
And just to not know how to read or write, I listened to it again last night. FOTOGRAFIE will forever remain one of the best Italian songs ever written. Amen.

Beautiful film, wonderfully shot, excellently acted, and it keeps you glued to your seat for 2 hours without you even realizing it. Well-deserved award. And come on, how cool does he look, even in the Tony Manero/Blecktrommel version... Great writing, Freddo, as always.

A great one, I listen to him every once in a while, not too often because he touches on strings that are better left untouched... I had missed the review, as often happens to me. And I can only reiterate that the leap (elsewhere) of the Cavalletta has been a real loss for the debasio!

I'm revisiting the album today for the vote, since I've finally listened to it multiple times and in various sessions. What can I say? I really like it, and to emphasize my feelings, I can only say, "I wish Genesis had gifted us another SELLING ENGLAND after 20 years...!!!"

You've intrigued me. Zappa, I must admit, I really don't know much about. For those who know my tastes, any suggestions?? To you, Re, 5 all life long!!
