The Beatles The Beatles 1967-1970

It's very, very difficult to talk about the Beatles again while managing to say something interesting that hasn't already been said and repeated. Something original. But for you, ah for you, no :)

How lovely to read you... I've always liked them but I stopped buying them early on. I swear I'll listen to this one. After such a long time, I owe it to you :)

mmhh... I am one of those who got enchanted by the siren's song: marketed with grand names like Ani di Franco, PJ, influences from Buckley, and I would also add a strongly Siouxsie-like tone but much more whiny. I snatched it up after listening to the first 40 seconds of the first track. Too bad, though, that at home the wow-effect faded right away. I find it rather banal and, forgive me for the term, tedious... Nothing new, nothing amazing. We'll see. Good for you for getting the review out in real time!

Irreverent to the point of being shameful! But entertaining. However, I’ve never been able to sit through an entire episode, and deep down it annoys me O__O In the end, if I really have to choose, I prefer the simpler vulgarity of two idiots like Beavis & Butthead over the fierce one from SP. Not relevant? Oh well, I just meant to say....

As beautiful as the book is, the movie is tremendously bland. Of course, it wouldn't have been easy to turn it into a feature film that stays true to the original, but the movie is just unwatchable!... And then... Who's the loser who read it? But who's the loser, when faced with over 1000 pages, panics and prefers to tune out, remaining ignorant? There's a time for everything, unless you're an GNU!
