Come on Bibiane, if you’ve seen them live, it means you’ve at least tried: that’s already something… or did they drag you into it???

...always keeping in mind that it's not my genre, but you write well or at least I like how you do it. And I'm starting to enjoy reading your online skirmishes... Go on sweetheart.

Well, a warm welcome and quite a few critical and professional opinions, I must say... I don't know the group, so I can't pass judgment. The review is nice, in my opinion, but a bit too short... As for the rest, they're personal and out-of-place opinions; everyone is free to listen to the music they want, and that doesn't make them a fool or a cool kid... but I see that this often SLIPS away from many people... what a pity. A kiss to you, Angel, and even though I don't love this kind of music, keep going like this - even if it takes guts, I notice...

No problem if we've talked about cinema in this section: I love cinema just as much as music, so... anyway, I'm already venting in the Cleo forum Let's talk about cinema! And I'm not the only one. :-)

Aside from the curiosity of the rough one about it, I think it's logical that a book conveys more emotions and in a deeper way than a film inspired by it; literature and prose are one thing, cinema is another. Putting them on the same level, in my opinion, is misleading and pretentious. The written word has much more power than the spoken one and fixes images and emotions much deeper than an image can. I could give many examples of books that are more beautiful than their film adaptations, and some examples of the opposite, but I don't think that would be "fair." They are two different things, period, and the fact that they deal with the same topic doesn’t necessarily mean they should evoke the same emotions. For example, I liked Dick's book less than I liked the film, but I don't take my opinion as correct and indisputable because of that. That said, it could be that the film is overrated, and maybe I've seen it too many times, but to say that watching it once is enough for a film so rich in details—I don't believe that because in the first viewing you don't catch all the nuances as often happens with many other films. Anyway, the review was about the MUSIC of Blade Runner... And I thank Hal for his always targeted, precise, and never offensive comments towards anyone. And I promise you that sooner or later I will write about more current topics!!! To Tano, I wanted to say that I only know Jarre's Oxygen, but I'm capable of listening to it for hours on end. To Playboy Mummy, besides being a "CONNOISSEUR," I also know who you are! And you are right... And finally, hoping I have expressed my thoughts and answered Rozzino's questions, I would like to ask him: what do you think?
