So... I'm here at the office showing the website proudly to a colleague who was unaware of its existence, telling him about the high-quality music he can find there, and eee..... BAM! he opens a random review - this one - and asks me, "Oh Fò, are you losing your mind??" What could he have meant?..........

So let’s put it this way, my Frantzicciù, if you can PASTORIZZARE the aforementioned CD in question, I would be more than happy to listen to it!! ;-)
Cocteau Twins Lullabies

"A group whose distinctly ethereal and gossamer sound virtually defined the enigmatic image of the record label 4AD, Cocteau Twins were founded in Grangemouth, Scotland, in 1979. Taking their name from an obscure song from fellow Scots Simple Minds, the Cocteaus were originally formed by guitarist Robin Guthrie and bassist Will Heggie and later rounded out by Guthrie's girlfriend Elizabeth Fraser" excerpt from the internet... I apologize and I'm also a bit distraught... Anyway, they do use Gaelic, not always, but they do use it; back in the day a friend of mine from Dublin translated some things for me... I'm going to my little corner. Bye

You're a legend, Kid! Great review, accurate and comprehensive; and as a big fan of the genre and a huge lover of her dad (musically speaking, of course!), I'll carefully avoid spending another 20 euros that I can invest better! Kisses

Aiha Aiha, the Cocteau Twins (who took their name in homage to Mr. Cocteau) are Irish and sing both in English and their mother tongue, which is Gaelic, while Simple Minds are Scottish, specifically from Glasgow. Aside from that, a good retrospective, somewhat brief but clear. Sorry for the nitpicking, but they are one of my favorite bands.. Bye

Oh my goodness, what a revival!!! One of my all-time favorites! But what rating do you give it? Is it a SILENCE MEANS CONSENT from you, in a "I won't write it but obviously I give it the highest score?" Well done anyway, great choice and beautiful review..

Mmmh... I bought the CD about a year ago, having until then only the 80s cassette, of course... For the period it represents, it's almost a must-have. You could've given a little more.. Bye
