Laura Pausini Io Canto

Guys, you always make me feel more and more sorry for you, and it seems to me that this site has become useless and could very well be shut down. Each person has their own tastes; a singer, but also a painter or a writer can be great for one person and yet not liked at all by another. We are not all the same. For example, I really love Renato Zero, Gigi D'Agostino, Freddie Mercury, Mozart, Bach, and Beethoven, but others may not like them. I don’t like Tiziano Ferro, Nek, Povia, Grignani, but I don’t insult or offend them because they could be very much appreciated by others.

I don't vote because I haven't bought the album, I've only listened to the single "In the City." Apparently, they have gotten closer in sound to bands like Subsonica, Planet Funk, and Depeche Mode, leaving only the dance rhythms behind.

Antonello Venditti Notte prima degli esami

I imagined it; you're always criticizing light music badly, but I assure you that not all of it is bad. There are singers like Venditti, Zucchero, Ramazzotti, Dalla, and especially Zero, who have made, are making, and will make history in music and will be remembered even when they stop singing and, unfortunately, when they're no longer around. With this, I conclude by saying that I'm increasingly convinced you listen to singers like Tiziano Ferro, Nek, Gragnani, Povia.

I am increasingly convinced that on this site there are more and more people who only listen to classical music, despising all other genres. I remind you that there is not only classical music but also other genres; music should be felt deeply. I would never listen to Renato Zero, Zucchero, Ramazzotti, Dalla, Venditti while I am busy or distracted. I want to hear them properly, and only then can they convey great emotions to me. Sometimes I might listen to a hardcore, techno, house, or metal track while distracted, but there are certain cases like Gigi D'Agostino, who makes dance music but needs to be felt with the heart and manages to move and touch me. Dance music may also be for the sole purpose of dancing, but Gigi D'Agostino is a special case.
Renato Zero Amore Dopo Amore

degregorius, you are the one who should go fuck yourself. It seems to me that only nonsense is written on this site anymore. Everyone is free to listen to whatever they want; you can't criticize or offend a singer just because you don't like them. For instance, I don't like Cermen Consoli, Finley, Mondo Marcio, Ferro, Grignani, or Nek, but I don't go on their forums to insult them. A singer should be judged based on the quality of their songs, on what they can convey, not whether they're gay or straight. For me, Renato is the best among Italian singers. He is a true artist with songs that make me feel emotional and moved, with a stunning voice, and no other Italian singer manages to engage the audience like he does. I like the way he dresses; I have a lot of respect for him also because he is someone who knows how to change. In 2006, he did a tour performing songs he rarely sang live; other Italian singers, however, always propose the same songs. Finally, it seems that almost all of you rely too heavily on the same musical genre. You have to listen to everything. I listen to Renato, but not only him—also Gigi D'Agostino, Zucchero, Ramazzotti, Venditti, Dalla, Mozart, Bach, and Beethoven. I span from classical music to pop, going through disco music, hip hop, rock, and liscio. As you can see, I like both old music and current music; I enjoy retracing the history of music.

Laura Pausini Io Canto
Voto:
I'm not voting on the album because I haven't listened to it, but it doesn't seem fair to negatively criticize a singer like Pausini. She has a wonderful voice, her songs are very beautiful with great sounds and melodies, and she did really well to re-sing songs by others. If you don't like it, go to other sites and leave this one instead of spouting nonsense. She sells millions of records and is super famous not only in Italy but also abroad—there must be a reason for that.
