Exodus Pleasures Of The Flesh

Great, although you could have said a little more. However, you participated in the contest "contribuisci anche tu a completare la discografia degli Exodus con recensioni intelligenti"... a bit of a long title but it conveys the idea well [if you check out the Exodus on Debaser, there’s some stuff that sends chills down your spine]. Well done!

Okay, now I've read the review. Obviously the rating, but as for the album... maybe the "samples at the edge of industrial" might leave me feeling a bit detached. I'll try to listen to something...

In my opinion, he didn't kill anyone! Again, in my opinion, almost all the metal reviews that lean left are in debt – obviously with the utmost respect for the reviewers' qualities – to the only editor who evaluates them fairly for what they are (and I've noticed that the combination of left-leaning metal reviews and Sfascia's comments is frequent). Maybe it's because Sfascia is one of the few on the staff who has listened to/listens to metal, but according to this theory, which has no claims to validity, if a metal review goes through another editor, it automatically ends up going right. If it passes through Sfascia and is truly of good quality to be among the editors' choices, well, it ends up on the left. I repeat for the umpteenth time: this is all my very personal opinion.

I, on the other hand, didn't laugh at all. I might also be a depressive maniac, but I swear I tried with all my might to at least smile.

A flowing and enjoyable review. The anecdote about the doctor is curious... BB King, the indestructible!

an example of an avoidable digression? that about power metal...

undisputed album! as for the review, maybe it’s just me who didn’t get it given the mountain of 5, but for me there are too many useless digressions, and at times overly enthusiastic tones - completely justified, of course, given the masterpiece... but maybe a bit more moderation would have been nice...
