Alice In Chains Unplugged (DVD)

Yes, okay, it's a "testament," but the review mainly talks about Staley... The CD/DVD, on the other hand, is beautiful, really beautiful. I thank senmayan for recommending it to me.

Yes, Pibroch, I know many people like it... but honestly, it seems a bit too "baroque" to me and has arrangements that are a little over the top... and all this cheerfulness!!! :D it's too much for me. Getting serious again, in my opinion, tracks like Impressioni di settembre or Dove.. Quando have nothing in common with E' Festa... personal opinions, of course! Alright, enough talking about another album :)

oh my god... dance? battistiana air? I think I'll stay away from that for a while... as for the quote, they really chose the worst piece from "Storia di un minuto"?!?! :) I get that it matches the theme of "La rivoluzion", it seems, but...

Ulver Themes From William Blake's The Marriage Of Heaven And Hell

Yes, I haven't listened to this either, although I've "tried" both Perdition City and Blood Inside. Well, I must say I much prefer their past, especially Kveldssanger, a truly remarkable folk gem. But surely my opinion is one to be taken lightly, considering I hate black (although I still need to give a more attentive listen to Bergtatt, the only one I own from their metal period) and I'm certainly not a fan of electronic/ambient. Maybe Perdition City is a masterpiece, as you say, but it doesn't fall within the sounds I prefer. And if this Themes from... already has the infusion of electronics, well, I don't think I'll delve deeper :-) Great review, I must say.

If it had been difficult music to digest, it obviously wouldn't have sold more than 40 million copies (I don’t know the exact figures, I’m sticking to what was said by "io ho il pene").
