Area International POPular Group Arbeit Macht Frei

Do you think I don't know the soulless technical groups you're talking about? Well, you're mistaken. In any case, learn to respect other opinions rather than dismiss everything with "clichés." "Regarding the group in general, it can't be belittled over trivialities"... you're a bit too absolutist yourself, I think. And everyone just relax a little bit!

I congratulate you on the review that deserves nothing less than a 5! One small note: are you sure Stratos is never arrogant? To me, he seems exactly the opposite. As memento said, one of the biggest flaws of Area is the lack of organicity, and this, excuse me, seems like an obvious defect. One would have to be deaf, in my opinion, to deny that behind the perfection of those arrangements, those solos interwoven with one another, and Stratos's vocal runs, there lies a lack of willingness to pause for a moment, to rein in the desire to prove how innovative they are! I’m sure that if Area had been born in this period, they would be looked down upon by everyone… too much technique, not enough soul. And that bothers me because frankly, grandiose displays of technique have always existed, today just as they did 30 years ago and more. Returning to Stratos, frankly, his voice drives me crazy.

uahahahha I just listened to the sample! What’s that? uahahahah what a pleasure! Okay, now I have confirmation, LaBrie is the most ridiculous singer that exists. But for crying out loud, does he think he’s Hetfield? He can’t imitate him with that fairy-like voice, for Christ's sake he should have realized how pathetic he sounds when he steps outside of his territory, and even when he sticks to songs that suit his range he barely reaches mediocrity! Zero expressiveness! But of course, if there are idiot fans who buy their covers... long live money. Now I can give it a 1 (as if I needed to listen first...)

I quote Zarathustra, I really like the DTs from Images & Words and Awake (especially), I willingly listen to them, honestly, even in Scenes from a Memory, but apart from these 3 albums, DT has never existed for me! "We have the most loyal and devoted fans in the world and we are sure they will be excited about the new material," now, I don’t want to offend any fan who might pass by here, but that phrase could easily be changed without hesitation to "we have the most foolish and ignorant fans in the world." And I’m not saying this lightly; it almost seems like it’s been scientifically proven, unfortunately...

spring song and I listened to it a little and don’t remember it, in any case, definitely not at the level of the early ones. Not to mention their instrumental albums (like Garofano Rosso if I’m not mistaken), which I tend to avoid! I’m afraid of Nocenzi, who can be brilliant and very expressive in certain moments but excessive and out of place in others... and I think the latter is the case with the instrumental albums, but I wouldn’t want to say nonsense. A small note: I think by the time ā€œCome in un’ultima cenaā€ was released, they were already just called ā€œBancoā€...

Of course, the same old crowd will say that Nevermind is a pop album and, consequently, will disdain it, simply because many singles were taken from that record and, in general, it is far more well-known than any other work of Kurt and the gang. It’s trendy (and 3) to discredit well-known music! However, I hope that the same old crowd (and 4!) at least for once stays away and avoids making fools of themselves! Sorry if I’m repeating myself, but at least I’m avoiding further misunderstandings.
