Boyd Rice And Friends Baptism By Fire
Voto:
Well, it's definitely an interesting piece of writing; I say this because I had no intention of reading it, only to take a look at the opening lines... after I started, I couldn't help but continue! You certainly have a "captivating" writing style. As for Rice, his music would terribly bore me, so I will never listen to anything of his. But maybe I already have... if I'm not mistaken, he duets with Tibet and company on a couple of tracks in "black ships ate the sky."
Borknagar Borknagar
Voto:
No, I only have Origin by Borknagar and it will remain the only one, unless they continue in that direction. I'm not interested in the black in these cases; Scandinavian metal bands show their class much more in their folk albums, at least in my opinion. I really hope there will be another similar album after Origin!
Rammstein Rosenrot
Voto:
It's been a couple of years since I last listened to it, but I honestly don't remember it being this great. Benzin sucks, Te quiero Puta! was simply to be avoided. Rosenrot, wo bist du, feuer und wasser, and spring are the ones I like the most from the album. Anyway, I can't understand why you don't like Reise, Reise; it's ten times better than this. I dunno.
Puddle Of Mudd Come Clean

I honestly have never heard anyone come even close to Cobain's voice; maybe it's just me being fixated. If there are all these people who see, or rather hear, this similarity (I've also read some comments in another review of the same album), I guess I'll have to accept it... but I'm still convinced that the sounds proposed have nothing to do with those of Nirvana.

Obviously, the "i" in front of Cobain has nothing to do with it. But then... do these guys really do grunge? You know, after centuries I still haven’t figured out what grunge actually is. If you’re putting Nirvana together with Puddle of Mudd, I don’t understand anything even more. I’ll add one last thing: in this pseudo-rock-grunge-post-alternative -blabla genre, as it's fashionable to call it, Staind are way better! Definitely!

Well, you've written quite a few nonsense things. Let alone that Cobain and Nirvana have absolutely nothing to do with Puddle of Mudd, and I'm not saying this as a die-hard fan who doesn't want to see his favorite band associated with a bunch of idiots; I’m just saying it because they really have nothing to do with each other. It would be, I don’t know, like talking in the same review about Cannibal Corpse and Tokio Hotel. No, no, we’re not there. The band and the album, in my opinion, are just passable, neither particularly good nor particularly bad.

Christ on the cross at every street corner, people have gotten used to it and no longer pay attention, I live my life even if it has gone to hell in the streets with an idolatrous priest.

Excellent review. In what sense is it "MAYBE a keyboard"? :D
