But what are you saying? The song is identical, it's called "The Last Time" and it was recorded by the Andrew Loog Oldham Orchestra, to be included in the album of symphonic reinterpretations of the songs of the Rolling Stones. The link is on the homepage. Explain in more than 1000 words.

The string version was recorded for the Rolling Stones, at the request of the Rolling Stones, and it was rejected by the Rolling Stones. The Verve copied it; plagiarism is actually the more accurate term. Furthermore, they wouldn't even have had access to those archives. The only decent idea this band has is based on a discard from the Rolling Stones. I don't believe there’s anything else to add.
