What prevents me from giving top marks to this album? Simply the fact that Ligabue is terrible, that he has written 2 or 3 decent songs in his life, and those certainly aren't included here. "Certe Notti" was nice when it came out, but now it's really become irritating. All the other songs are stuff from Festivalbar, a purely Italian festival of mediocrity. And to think that this album is the least bad. A review slightly better than the two previous ones by the same reviewer, but still not great.
