Flash Terrorist Body Fusion Limit

It's a pleasure to see that historical underground bands are in demand... I know a few of them personally, they're from my area. Diego Cerchiaro was a mind-blowing drummer, and now he's stopped, damn! Anyway, great review. If you're interested in these bands, you should also check out Hemdale, where Simone Cerchiaro, Diego's brother and producer of Flash, plays guitar: well, if the latter surprised you with their cutting-edge sounds and choices, let me tell you that Hemdale was already doing a progressive thrash/death style in the early 90s, similar to what bands like Opeth and Mastodon would later do. And I also recommend Knife, another institution of the Veneto metal underground.
Beyoncé I Am... Sasha Fierce (disc 2: Sasha Fierce)

Well... in my opinion, you didn't even pick the worst example: Beyoncé is definitely not worse than PSD, Christina Aguilera, Pink (whom you once praised but, let me remind you, shows her breasts in every video, talent aside), and probably not even Shakira. It’s specifically on the latter that I’d like to pause for a moment: why do you praise her achievements and feel crushed because she duetted with the aforementioned, while you completely dismiss the latter and fail to acknowledge her minimal merits? Don’t you realize that Beyoncé and Shakira are two sides of the same coin? Sure, the former leans more towards black music and the latter towards Latin America, but in reality, their respective personas, albums, videos, etc. are conceived with the same goal: to sell! Catchy songs that are suggestive, sly, provocative, appealing, super sexy videos meticulously designed, and acrobatic dances with a nice sprinkle of eros just for good measure. Now, whether you like one style more than the other is legitimate, but don’t come saying that Beyoncé is “the living embodiment of the crude climber so flaunted by MTV culture” while “Shakira is a good singer, has a beautiful voice, and her repertoire contains some gems of excellent pop music.” Truth be told, between the two, it’s Beyoncé who comes out on top when it comes to voice, hands down.

I checked: "sfrontataggine" also exists. Pardon.

Starblazer, may I offer you a humble suggestion? Use shorter sentences. You have style and write well, but you create lengthy sentences filled with commas and subordinate clauses, which sometimes even blend into a single paragraph. I don't mean to play the teacher; it's just a simple opinion: if you simplify the structure of your sentences, the reading becomes smoother, allowing a greater appreciation of your style. I won't rate the album; I'm not a fan of ABBA. I have a collection that is more than enough for me.

I haven't heard these yet, but lately I've been listening a lot to both Pantera and Mudvayne: could it be a coincidence? Rece, in short, is a bit too brief both in content and vocabulary: I'd rate it a 3, pulled by the ears. And anyway, have I ever heard the word "sfrontataggine"? Maybe it's because it doesn't even exist (but "sfrontatezza" does).

Nice review. I also find "simple" metalcore pretty disgusting, so I guess I won't be listening to this album at all. I didn't understand one thing from the review: do they, just to follow the "-core" trend, also sing clean? I mean, do they alternate brutally heavy verses with catchy choruses à la Finley?

Nice review. Quality writing, perhaps a bit tangled at the end, but still enjoyable. Unfortunately, the listed constituent elements are not really my cup of tea, not the pop from starlets, but also not the metal à la Maiden or Guns'n'Roses... if I happen to listen to it anyway, that's fine with me.
