Well, I'm convinced of the value of "We live" but I see it as the "The Sound Of Perseverance" of Electric Wizard, that is, a classic doom album to give a lesson and say look, we can do better than anyone else with this too. Just like Death did in their time with Heavy Metal (The Sound... indeed). ONLY FOR THIS reason do I not consider it on par with Dopethrone, ONLY for this :D

It's like the Mastodon talk, right? You say, "They're great songs, but they hit too hard," I mean, they're all fast, violent, etc. OK, and that's why you don't particularly like them. But we're talking about music that's extreme anyway, of course it hits hard. It's like saying, "I don't like Nasum because they create too much chaos!!!! :D"
As for Queens of the Stone Age, it's not that it's not my genre; I just think they don't reach the same level qualitatively as their predecessors (R excluded):D
