Kunihiko Ikuhara Utena La fillette révolutionnaire - Apocalisse adolescenziale

Splendid! One of my favorite animated films. Visionary to the unbelievable, incredibly detailed design, great animation, and some pretty nice music. I found it almost superior to the animated series, which is another gem of anime.

But has he lost his voice?! Where have his magnificent high notes (a bit wooden, though) from when he was in his twenties gone?

I was also strongly perplexed and in fact I bought this CD for collectible reasons, rather than genuine interest. Then I was more than surprised, delighted by a sound that breaks free from the guitars of American Doll Posse and the muffled and polished atmospheres of Abnormally etc. Moreover, many of the traditional songs are little known and therefore not the usual Christmas jingles.
Jack Kerouac Sulla Strada

From a stylistic point of view, I found it rather heavy, and the content is engaging only up to a certain point. The situations are too repetitive, to be precise. It's all a succession of drunkenness, blues performances, and road trips. After a while, it gets boring.
J.R.R. Tolkien Il Signore Degli Anelli

In addition to being a great storyteller, Tolkien was able to bring a lost world back to life, drawing on his vast knowledge of medieval literature. The result is a work that is not only delightful to read, but also profound and learned. Born ancient (not outdated), far from the values of the era in which it was published and also from today's values.
Evanescence Fallen

This album may be original for those who have never listened to gothic metal before; otherwise, it's nothing new. Nonetheless, I really appreciate the sobriety of Evanescence, which many Northern European bands in the gothic or symphonic realm have completely forgotten.
Paolo Giordano La solitudine dei numeri primi

What a whiny story. It's very easy to write about pain and whining.
Fiorella Mannoia Ho imparato a sognare

But is it a trend for many Italian singers to churn out cover albums on repeat? Okay, being short on ideas is one thing, but always rehashing the same old dish of familiar faces is another.

The catchy beat that aims to knock you out... Exactly. You need skill to make you move and especially to provoke that subtle euphoria that only good quality pop can express.

I humbly bow before those who listen to MUSIC, who live it, breathe it, and nourish themselves with it. But go and vent your repression and your excessive arrogance elsewhere, perhaps on the bypass, and avoid spewing senseless obscenities.
