We misunderstood each other: I was actually asking if I should take every grass as a bundle... I wanted to ask if the compositional level was that of Tarkus...

I have all the albums... from Canterbury to the Shulman brothers... anyway, dear bjork68, since I hold E.L.P in high regard as three great musicians, but poor composers, owning only Tarkus, I wanted to know if it's worth buying the first album, Pictures Trilogy, and Brain...
As for recommendations, I sincerely appreciate it, but I want to mention that I know these bands quite well... I was hoping someone could suggest some lesser-known names. Have you ever heard of the Canadian band Harmonium? They say they created a great masterpiece, which many critics consider to be among the top ten Progressive albums of all time... what do you think????
