I'm from my city, I heard a couple of concerts: nothing really thrilling... they give me the idea of being too confident and exuberant (let's be clear: on paper they have great potential) but not very conclusive and still far from producing something truly worthwhile.

Hey Giusè, did they fire you? You’re just musicing all day?
Anyway, I’m listening to this album: pretty good!
The mellotron reminds me of KC from Mars, the rest seems like a solid Zeuhl with references to the more spacey Canterbury... nice review.

Given that I am a huge fan of the very early Queen, I want to point out that the prog influences are indeed present, but they certainly do not come from Yes or ELP (which may be those few bands of the genre you know, I suppose)... I prefer the latter and "A Night..."

two and a half...only Pomegranate and Moon convince me, the idea of the theremin is great but in my opinion it should have been limited to no more than two tracks; for the rest, it's a rushed album or anyway not very intense and evocative, not very à la Tibet.

I don't know "Out of titles"... I know rather "Out on the tiles"!
Van der Graaf Generator A Grounding In Numbers

I still haven't had a chance to listen to this album which, to my regret, I didn’t even know had been released...the band was one of my favorites, but in my opinion, its expressive power has faded over time: a few glimmers of light in "over the hill" by Trisector, but otherwise, it's all stuff that I think has nothing to do with the glorious past. Hammill's voice, although blessed with an unmistakable timbre, doesn't have the range you're talking about; he could have had it back in the days of the very first albums when he would shift from almost feminine tones ("Afterwards") to gothic and spectral timbres (see all of Pawn Hearts)...those were the days!
