I was talking about the idea behind the film, not so much the character itself or the quality of the film (also because, as I mentioned, I haven't seen it). My point is different; I'm not trying to judge the film (maybe I’ll go see it and get excited, identifying with the protagonist, which is quite likely). I just think that the underlying idea seems extremely childish, not even adolescent. There’s a difference between having ideals and completely rejecting society for a vaguely defined claim of purity. A choice like the one so highly praised in this film seems to me not only totally irrational but also completely sterile. Maybe I expressed myself poorly, but I didn't mean to be either arrogant or offensive... :D

obscene reception for a decent album (but it will hardly please those who are not fans of Maiden). then I see that discussions have already begun about the appropriateness of reviewing this record.... :D

Maybe the point where you refer to the film as a mix between LH and MD is a bit forced. Other than that, Johansson is really embarrassing; I can't understand why she is so sought after by such talented directors. It seems to me to be a clear demonstration that us guys completely lose our minds as we age. Aside from that, it's a good film even though the plot might be a bit far-fetched (but maybe the fault lies with the original novel? I don't know because I haven't read it...)

regardless of the beauty of the film or not, your comment seems really senseless to me... "such a pure soul"... what are we talking about? Not even when I was 15 did I think or write such nonsense, come on...

The point that many do not want to accept is the following: does pop have artistic value or not? Because if this point is not clarified, any discussion is pointless; it’s like when metal albums are criticized because "it's just noise"... I mean, it seems to me that there’s quite a bit of ignorance lurking behind these comments... and just to clarify, Michael Jackson was never black, indeed, he typically belonged to the Caucasian race: haven’t you seen that he has two white, blonde children with blue eyes?

The album is truly a classic beyond genres and personal tastes, while the review is a pile of nonsense and grammatical and lexical obscenities (how about picking up a nice grammar book? Take a look at the section on personal pronouns because there are some really embarrassing things).

No, excuse me, why is "Another One Bites the Dust" a bad song? Are we kidding? What a great band Queen is, there’s really little to criticize.
Auguste e Louis Lumière L'uscita Dalle Fabbriche Lumière (1895)

I gave it a 1 because it makes no sense to review the first experiment by the Lumière brothers as a film. It’s technically and conceptually nonsense. The value of the footage is a different story, of course. It's always nice to see the elegance and intelligence of those who don't miss the chance to offend and sink into personal insults: well done, well done, well done...

my comment on the interview at Radio Deejay wasn't meant to be a criticism; on the contrary, it was just a response to a previous comment that claimed it was a niche group ignored by the radio and similar things.
