It's exaggerated in some points, but that doesn't mean it doesn't have some valid points. The part about Dickinson at the beginning I don't agree with at all; I think he's a good singer, but for the rest...

I think the two (re)loads were better... and then there were crossover sounds taken from Limp Bizkit, SOAD, or Korn... I believe it's metal pop.
Manowar The Sons Of Odin (EP)

I preferred that of Korn: more concise, precise, and serious.
Guns N' Roses Appetite For Destruction

oh my god this album is more pop than rock, it’s catchier than britney spears, and maybe it’s boring even before

I have to give you my warmest compliments, you wrote a beautiful review, really. I listened to Slipknot for a while, I read a lot about them, and if they took off their masks, then they are failures; at this point, it almost seems like an insult to the maggots...

In fact, this album has a moral content: that of throwing all the metal to the pigs... I believe that alone is enough for one.

When I talk about a nice bass, I mean how much it deviates at least a bit from the guitar riff, and thus more original, less repetitive, and it also means that the piece is more intricate; a thing that you see and notice very rarely (but really very rarely) in Maiden besides this album.
And a bass intro like "blood on the world hands," where have you ever heard that???
And as for the vocals... well... I don't mind them since they fit perfectly with this album, especially for the dark style and above all different.

But in other Maiden albums, have you ever heard a bass like this? And the multiple time changes, have you ever noticed them? And the way the vocals fit with Harris's playing? You (but also many others) don't understand anything because this is the only (I emphasize only) non-repetitive album by Maiden. And now, attack me and chastise me.
