If someone comes to me and says they vote for Berlusconi because they like him, period (it has happened to me more than once), I can't just say "well, to each his own"! I call him "fool, dickhead"! ---> You would be too kind! Anyway, I meant "to each his own" strictly on an artistic level.

Well, in the end, there’s a lot of singer-songwriter vibe in my opinion... songs like Dentro Marylin, Rapace... the fact that the lyrics are by Agnelli, reflecting his state... it feels like alternative rock singer-songwriter to me... and that fascinates me a lot... I milanesi ammazzano il sabato (I mean the song) is very personal... Lux, since you always have an opinion on everything, what do you think? For once, do you agree or do you think that singer-songwriter music is too Sanremo for your tastes?

I’ll just say one thing: if the comments on Debaser were all "everyone has their own tastes," "let's not judge others' ideas," "let's be kind to each other," a bit like the opposition of the Democratic Party, it would be a really boring site ---> I agree, except on "everyone has their own tastes" (see previous post).

Parcondio, I completely disagree with you that "de gustibus" is nonsense. Because taste is developed over time and through listening, so someone who has only listened to 4 albums can only have a distorted opinion (but I don’t think this is your case, since you listen to After and know Sonic). If someone has only ever drunk Coca-Cola in their life and likes it, and has never tried, say, cedrata, they will have an opinion, a taste that is incomparable to someone who has tried everything… among people who have listened to a lot, it's not guaranteed that they will converge… one person might think something is terrible, while another might think the opposite… the problem arises when someone acts like Lux, putting themselves on a pedestal and shooting off mindlessly like an idiot (which he is, despite his good listens)… and also, I don’t want to say, but THE AFTERHOURS ARE NOT INDIE… THEY ARE ALTERNATIVE ROCK… actually, I would define it as singer-songwriter rock! and let me tell you, in my opinion, DINOSAUR JR ARE CLEARLY INFERIOR TO MISSION OF BURMA! and anyway, T-Rex is great, perfect citation ;)
