SENMAYAN... but the talk about "Class" I still don't consider suitable for you... if you tell me that you like them more for your personal taste, then I pity you, but the fact that you come here to write about absolute masterpieces... and various stuff, then no... in any case, those who review here are subject to all kinds of criticism, take a look around the site and you'll see... so you have to accept them... the fact that you are young and musically immature is undeniable... and lastly, it's absolutely not true that those who listen to heavy metal are immature... because heavy metal is a genre of its own just like jazz, reggae, blues, etc., while you only listen to crap! take care of yourself... then at least a genre that is truly something concrete... nothing... you come to talk to me about bands that deserve to be acknowledged that are black metal, which is practically the failure of art itself... I went through these things a while back... when Morbid Angel, Burzum, Cannibal Corpse, Napalm Death were popular... and I know why teenagers like you got excited, it’s all nonsense... much better Nek at this point, at least if we have to talk about class, let’s talk about a class and artistic mentality that is different... yes, but established for better or worse (I took Nek as an example), I believe that you actually don’t like heavy metal at all... because the main heavy metal albums don’t seem to please you from what I see...

Macho man, what a disappointment you must have been for your mother, your father, in short, your closest relatives. I can even understand them... a deviant like you doesn't come around every century...

THE FILM IS TRULY BEAUTIFUL, BUT THE REVIEW IS REALLY CRAP, TOO DIDACTIC AND CONNECTED... IT DOESN'T EVEN MENTION THE ATMOSPHERE THAT PREVAILED IN THE OVERLOOK HOTEL... WHERE JACK'S MIND WOBBLED BETWEEN HIS MADNESS AND THE HORROR OF INVISIBLE PRESENCES TO HUMAN EYES. MANY THINGS ARE IN FACT JUST JACK'S MADNESS GIVING BIRTH TO THEM... LIKE THE BARTENDER... AND MANY DISCUSSIONS THAT HE THINKS HE IS HAVING WITH OTHER PEOPLE; BUT IN REALITY, THEY ARE JUST MONOLOGUES! IF THERE ARE THESE SUPPOSED GHOSTS, THEY HAVE LITTLE INFLUENCE IN REALITY; THEIR FUNCTION IS ONLY TO TAKE POSSESSION OF JACK'S MIND TO MAKE HIM COMMIT TERRIBLE ACTS... too bad the reviewer didn't have the ability to tackle all this in his comment.

FIDIA, you’re an idiot, and your review is crap. First, because you don’t even explain the most important thing, which is where this film gets its title and why it was given that title. Second, because you play at pseudo-politics in the final part when you mention the USA in parentheses... ARE YOU ALSO AN IDIOT WHO VOTES LEFT?? I have a strong suspicion...!! The horizons of glory are what led General Miró to execute the three unfortunate souls, as well as those who attempted to take Colonel Dux's position when it was offered to him at the end instead of Miró. The horizons of glory indeed... the promotion... the power, the fame; perhaps these things are partly why martial laws exist. The accusation in this FILM IS NOT AIMED AT MARTIAL LAW as the shithead FIDIA wants to imply, but at the selfishness of man, who, in order to prevail in society, is willing to do so even at the cost of others’ lives!!! BUT I’VE NOTICED THAT THE PEOPLE HERE ARE REALLY IGNORANT; THEY JUST HAVE TO PUT ON A FAMOUS FILM, AND LIKE SHEEP THEY GIVE IT A STRAIGHT 5::: WITHOUT UNDERSTANDING THAT THE REVIEW THEY'VE JUST READ IS PATHETIC AND POLITICALLY BIASED! AS FOR THE WORK, I JUDGE IT BASED ON THE FILMS KUBRICK HAS MADE AND NOT ON ALL THE WAR MOVIES IN CINEMA HISTORY; ALSO BECAUSE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN RATED LOW, SO OBJECTIVELY SPEAKING, AS A KUBRICK FILM, THIS TRULY ACHIEVES A FULL SCORE HERE, WHICH IS A 3!!

The review is written modestly; the movie came out when I was in my first year of high school, so I remember that period well between '93 and '94. The beginning of the artistic decline, practically the rise of Grunge... (even though today it's definitely been downplayed). Anyway, I don’t have fond artistic memories of that dull time... aside from the banal story, it must be admitted that this film is a cult... Brandon Lee's death obviously exponentially increased the film's fame, which itself reaches a passing grade, and combined with the fact that it’s a cult classic, I end up rating it as decent... (7)

P.S. Anyway, dear senmayan, now I see that I was right about you. Looking at your personal ranking of albums, your teenage age, and the records you've reviewed... I'm just wasting my time talking to you... you're one of those who puts bands like Emperor at the top... you listen to death metal... and then halfway through the list you throw in a Pink Floyd album just to appear musically mature... so sure, let's put Pink Floyd, right? WHO DOESN'T LIKE THEM!? That way, the majority of idiots hanging around on Debaser rightly can't say anything to me...(you're right about this). YOU'RE STILL TOO YOUNG, in about 8 years you'll come around to agree with me... everyone matures, believe me... when I was around 18 to 23 years old, I thought nothing could sway me from my musical tastes... do you know how that ended up? About 80% of the albums I had, I sold, and I'm still trying to rebuild my ultimate music collection...
