Judge woodCOCK!?!? Your biased opinion doesn't matter to me.
Twisted Sister Under The Blade
Voto:
The review is a bit lacking, but I know Twisted Sister well... when I bought the best of "Big Hits & Nasty Cuts" I was discriminated against too by those who saw me buy it... Twisted Sister has always been an "Off limits" group; you either love them or hate them... they are among the most unique bands to ever step on the rock scene in my opinion. Personally, I’m fascinated by their late '70s period... the one with the gangs, as seen in the movie "The Warriors," which is also when about 80% of this album was conceived... even though it’s from 1982. The TWs have a lot of this gang philosophy... I agree that even though they wear makeup, they aren’t a glam band; quite the opposite... their sound is very aggressive, even syncopated, like in the track "Under the Blade," which alone I believe is worth the album. Great TW, A TRUE BAND WITH BALLS!

THIS ALBUM IS REALLY UGLY, PERHAPS THE MOST DISGUSTING THEY'VE EVER MADE, THE SAVATAGE...THE BAND WAS ABOUT TO BREAK UP AND JON OLIVA DOESN'T EVEN APPEAR ON THIS ALBUM! BUT SOMEONE THOUGHT IT WAS A GOOD IDEA TO KEEP THEM AFLOAT, AND INDEED THE POOR RESULTS ARE EVIDENT! THIS ALBUM IS 90% GRUNGE VEILED BY THE DECADENT METAL TONES TYPICAL OF THE MID-90s. ANYONE WHO VOTES IT WITH A 4, APART FROM SHOWING IGNORANCE ON THE SUBJECT, MAKES ME WANT TO VOMIT!

Downtownjesus, instead you’re just an idiot who doesn’t understand, it’s already clear from the nickname you chose... (are you trying to evoke a piece contained in this album ā€œstreetsā€?) you’re just pathetic, point. Second, I don’t know who you’ve been dealing with, but I don’t need to smoke pot and Jim Morrison is a jerk and I’ve always considered him such... but apparently you’re someone who gets carried away by common sayings... you have no personality and no objectivity. I have no qualms about speaking my mind; I say what I have to say and if I think what you wrote is crap, I’ll say it without hesitation. The things you said are heresy and those who listened to you are indeed just a bunch of stupid teenagers... now crumple up ā€œStreetsā€ properly and shove it up your ass.

Unfortunately, I just witnessed a shitty review for a magnificent album, joe vera... I'm revisiting it "now" (because I've only recently started listening to FW but I have the discography)... after about 8 years... that is, since an album I bought from "Armored Saint," a classic heavy metal band without too many pretensions... they've come a long way... I repeat, this album is AN ALIEN OBJECT FROM ANOTHER WORLD!

I must disagree with the rating the reviewer gave this album; indeed, FW is a prog band, and each album should be considered a story in itself. Even though I haven't listened to this one yet, I believe the review is too harsh in judging it ALL'UMANITÁ as a "FIRST FALSE STEP." Clearly, the reviewer has allowed their emotions to cloud their judgment. As for albums that are more subdued, perhaps "INSIDE OUT" fits that description in my opinion, which would still earn a decent rating (3 here, 7 on a scale).

The review is well-written and the album, in my opinion, deserves top marks; I’m being a bit less harsh with the review because I BELIEVE THAT BEFORE THIS ALBUM AS A MERIT COMES "NO EXIT," WHICH IS AN INSANE THING... A MIX OF PROG METAL WITH SOME CLASSIC HEAVY TOUCHES! A SOLID ALBUM THROUGH AND THROUGH! THIS IS MORE MELODIC BUT STILL A GREAT ALBUM! FATES WARNING ARE AN INCREDIBLE BAND! I JOIN AS WELL, LONG LIVE GOOD MUSIC!

The review does full justice to them; this album IS AN ALIEN OBJECT!! I’VE KNOWN FATES WARNING FOR A SHORT TIME BUT I BELIEVE THEY ARE THE BEST BAND THAT HAS EVER EXISTED. FEW WORDS; JIM MATHEOS IS ONE OF THE GREATEST ARTISTS I HAVE EVER HEARD! PROG METAL IS FATES WARNING. I CANNOT UNDERSTAND HOW DREAM THEATER ARE MORE KNOWN; I’VE NEVER LIKED THEM. Their songs are only designed around the complexity of sounds but ARE EXTREMELY EMPTY AND LACKING SOUL! FATES WARNING, ALONG WITH QUEENSRYCHE, ARE THE ONLY BAND OF WHICH I HAVE ALMOST THE COMPLETE DISCOGRAPHY, WHICH SOON WILL BECOME COMPLETE. THIS ALBUM IS AMAZING!!
