Individually, the songs are quite nice, but the album gets boring in the long run. There's little to save beyond 4-5 songs. Personally, I didn't mind the second one at all.

Effective and clean concise review. Well done. As for the album, I find that everything you've stated is correct, but...(I don't know why) there is a unique chemistry between me and this work that I can't explain. Moreover, at that time it arrived when I needed it the most. Please don’t take it the wrong way, but personally, I give it a 5.
