From this title, a myriad of clones in the following years (not least Dante's Inferno and Darksiders) and attempts to "steal" ideas from this masterpiece that redefined action games. Surely it ranks among the most beautiful games of the PS2 era! The setting of mythical Greece, in my opinion, is the cherry on top along with the technical aspects.

To be honest, I appreciated the debut album by the Darkness more back in the day. I found it less monotonous. Anyway, this one's quite nice too.

Indescribable was the disappointment in evaluating how terrible (always FF is) it was. The characters increasingly gay and useless. The plot copied straight from Star Wars. The invocations that aren't evocations and serve an eminent c***o. The orders that the characters didn't follow, going off to hunt down enemies to kill even when they were 300 times stronger and I called them to retreat. The only positive note was the graphics, which, alongside God of War II, are the top of the top available on Play2 (seems to be at the edge of early Play3 works).

What a mess. Make way for the new 14-year-olds. HiM abandoned after the album "LoveMetal." I don't insult them because of the memories tied to them and because the singer is friends with Bam Margera.

So many curses in some parts. But very beautiful and very nostalgic. A well-recreated gothic world and a saga that I really enjoyed, with its ups and downs.
