Let's say it's a 3.5 rounded up. Beautiful "Pictures of a City" and "Cadence and Cascade", stunning the title track in the style of "Epitaph", "Cat Food" is nice too, but I really can't stand "Devil's Triangle"...

Listened to it well recently. While it's not in my top 3 of progressive (Selling, Nursery, and Foxtrot, not in order ;)), it's an absolutely EPIC album; Robert Fripp has been a genius in his own way...
