Fairfield Parlour: From Home to Home
CD Audio I have it ★★★★★
An autumnal record, in its brief melancholic digressions, accentuated by personal lyrics on the edge of multiple existential regrets. Evocative voice, simple melodic lines drawn by an ever-present mellotron. A Minor Classic from that 1970.

which would be the Kaleidoscope (UK). I have the Beautiful White Face Lady that was created during the group's transition period and printed many years later.

Yes, they had changed their name. White Faced Lady had been rejected by record labels back in the day, and was only released in the '90s, somewhat different in sound due to the real strings, but very interesting, a concept about Marilyn.

Vinile I have it ★★★★★
Manifesto of British electrified Folk with Sandy Denny's voice wandering along country paths lined with dry stone walls, Richard Thompson and Dave Swarbrick strumming maestros in tow, and the rest of the band drawing farmhands and aquarists into a festive collective jig. Tradition and innovation transferred to a Rock stage.

When 10 short tracks make a great album: little fuss and a lot of brains, combined with an unmistakable voice. Among my all-time favorites, the single IN MY OWN TIME is one of the most beautiful rock songs of the '70s.
