I must have been 18-19 years old back then. A very nice collective, which is actually just one guy surrounded by 3-4 bouncy Mauri Repetti. I still like Smack My Bitch Up and Diesel Power with Kool Keith, but the rest not so much. From the earlier stuff, I only have a vague memory of watered-down but super flashy d'n'b that screams THE NINETIES very loudly. The later ones are horrendous, although some beats aren't bad. He should have teamed up with a serious rapper, been a bit more prolific, and dared a little more. Oh well.

    I really like it a lot, they have truly managed to make a genre popular and commercial that would never have been without them; even the Chemical Brothers deserve credit for the same reason. Honestly, Music For Jilted Generation doesn't grab me much, but Fat Of The Land has some incredibly powerful singles!

    I agree. You absolutely have to listen to Fluke and also The Crystal Method. Forget about Chemical B!!

    If it's an "unassailable masterpiece" (quote) I don't know, but for me, it's definitely one of the best rock albums of all time. But Patascroto might disagree.

    A sonic monster, I’ve been listening to it for years and I love it just like the first time... it's like your favorite beer, drink as much as you want and it always satisfies you!

    Aside from the fact that he has no weaknesses, but then how utterly devastating is Daltrey's voice?! And why did I give it a 4? Because I'm an idiot, that's why.

    I should mention that it's one of my favorite albums in general, but to be honest, it has a slight weakness. Entwistle's track isn't as extraordinary as the others; I think he's done better work. Still, it's a five with honors and an academic kiss.
