Just think, I only re-evaluated My War recently. Before, I didn't like it much, but now I adore it. Damn, that B-side... Unfortunately, the ones that came after I like less. Even though I still like them, huh! Damaged, however, remains one of my desert island albums :)

I completely understand you. Damaged is an album that deserves all the reverence in the world, unfinished in its completeness and vice versa, solid, fundamental. Definitely more so than the previous EPs/7". However, the subsequent ones, for my tastes, have an extra gear (perhaps it's due to the variety and length of the tracks) and in fact, I listen to them even more. It’s not like we are talking about abyssal differences, especially with My War... Beat my head against the wall could easily fit right in the middle of Damaged.

I completely agree with you! Ps. I love the first EP with the great Keith Morris on vocals (Nervous Breakdown) maybe as much as Damaged!
