Great ranking. Vespertine is one of the contenders for my favorite album, among the few records I truly consider perfect from start to finish. Fat Of The Land I like a lot but it has some avoidable tracks, like Fuel My Fire which I can't stand; with a few better tracks it could have become a cult album.

Yes, Vespertine is perfect... I agree with you on Fuel Mt Fire as well, but that album is one of the most powerful things I’ve ever heard. Even now, after more than 15 years, it's hard for me to find a comparison in its genre... thanks anyway, it’s a very personal ranking (as it should be for everyone).

really, the opening poker Smack My Bitch Up - Breathe - Diesel Power - Funky Shit is heart-stopping

But only from the 80s-90s onward does art exist?

I would say no. These are my favorite albums and, in fact, I was wrong to define this ranking as "best works"... I should have simply written "ranking of my albums."
I grew up in the 80s and I believe this has somewhat influenced my tastes (but not too much).
Nobody is saying that various Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Genesis, Beatles, etc., etc., are not magnificent works, but they are things that don't resonate with me and consequently don't convey anything to me.
In "musical taste," there is really nothing objective, and I don't want to say that the most beautiful album of all time is the one by Pink Floyd from the 60s just because everyone says so.

However, Young Team snacks on the falcon (just to annoy you a bit).

That works for me. I go through phases with them, but they are always around.

Exalted ranking; I'm missing a couple but they are all great records.

The devil.... is a great album, but in the emocore genre, I prefer something else, like Mineral.
