  I saw him live the day before yesterday in Padua...well, I have to say that it doesn't bring the milk to your knees, it's not pathetic, and it's not even a rock drag...on the contrary, it was a powerful, furious concert of great quality. Twenty songs: only one ballad. The other nineteen tracks rocked, and frankly, I didn’t expect that. Tense, fast, dusty, ragged Rhythm and Blues over which Dylan's hoarse and shouted voice fit perfectly. It felt like a Tom Waits concert. Great show, much better than the Springsteen concert I attended in Udine last summer. There are many narrow-minded prejudices about Dylan.
