British MusicGroup active 1993–2004; formed by Jamie (James) Fry and Gordon King (ex-World of Twist) with Nick Sanderson (ex-Clock DVA, The Gun Club). Two studio albums: Your Majesty... We Are Here (1996) and Tonight You Are The Special One (1998). Nick Sanderson died in 2008.

One review hails Earl Brutus’s 1998 album as a glam-kraut-electronic blast, far from Britpop clichés. Tracks like The S.A.S. And The Glam That Goes With It, Universal Plan, and MidlandRed get the spotlight. The reviewer frames Nick Sanderson’s story against 80s/90s underground lore (Clock DVA, The Gun Club). The album is praised for its ferocity, eclecticism, and emotional depth.
