The Profile

Irish psychedelic folk group formed in Dublin in 1967 by Tim Booth, Ivan Pawle, and Tim Goulding. Debut album Kip of the Serenes (1969, Island) was followed by Heavy Petting (1970, Vertigo) with Roger Dean artwork and guests Gary Moore and Andy Irvine. After an early-1970s split, they reunited for Alternative Medicine.
