«Io son sicuro che / In questa grande immensità / Qualcuno pensa un poco a me / Non mi scorderà».

And who can forget the grand Don!

If only because, to celebrate his sprightly 80 springs in the best possible way, Don gifts himself and us with a spectacular return to the past, that of him as a young boy who watched a movie at the cinema featuring Bill Haley, was struck by it, picked up the guitar and began to shake the world.

And after «Rock Around the Clock» back then, here comes «Four O'Clock Rock'n'Roll».

Ten tracks in twenty minutes, because rock'n'roll is a fire that burns fast and after two minutes of the fire, only ashes remain.

All stuff to blast at maximum volume out of the stereo, radio, and car stereo speakers, precisely at four o'clock, morning and afternoon, preferably during one of these scorching afternoons.

Brings everything back home, Don, from Link Wray and Screamin' Jay to The Cramps and all the way to Guana Batz and their psychobilly company in horrifyingly joyful fun, in a lo-fi concoction for strong stomachs, quick-footed legs, and endlessly shaking hips.

And in the end, whether Don has lost the “c” and he and the ghosts are Brindisians from Brindisi, in the end, who cares.
