Indeed, no more rapped jingles and summer hits, Francesco has decided that when he grows up he will be a singer-songwriter. The beginning is absolutely not bad; I would say it is truly okay! "Non cado più" talks about a finished love and how difficult it is to react, but also how one needs to move on without feeling too sorry for oneself. Francesco sings all this with a simplicity that makes you feel good. His vocal skills are not yet perfect, but the potential and above all the heart are there.
Yes, because music serves to give emotions to those who listen, and this song does it well. Never mind that sometimes Francesco, especially live, hits a few wrong notes; that happens even to more famous rock singers or people who have been on stage doing live performances much longer than he has.
