Delirium is an Italian progressive rock band from Genoa, prominent in the early 1970s with albums such as Dolce Acqua (1971), Lo Scemo e il Villaggio (1972) and III - Viaggio Negli Arcipelaghi Del Tempo (1974). Ivano Fossati was a member on the debut; the band disbanded after 1974 and later reformed, releasing live and new studio material on the Black Widow label.

Known for the single "Jesahel" and a short but influential 1970s output; long hiatus after 1974, reformation in the early 1990s, live album Vibrazioni notturne (2007) and later albums Il nome del vento (2009) and L'era della menzogna (2015) released on Black Widow.

DeBaser reviews present Delirium as a key name in Italian progressive rock. The early-1970s trilogy (Dolce Acqua, Lo Scemo e il Villaggio, III) is repeatedly praised, with Dolce Acqua singled out as essential. The band split after 1974, later reformed and released live and new studio work on the Black Widow label. Reviews note folk, jazz, and symphonic influences as well as lineup changes including Ivano Fossati's early role.
