Totally immersed in an ultra-powerful Heavy-stoner-acid-psychedelic sound, with musical crescendos that hit you deeply, devastating. After all, who better than them could title an album "Powertrip"... NUCLEAR WARHEADS... more
There are some of the most beautiful and intense pieces that Mr. Fortis has ever written. Accompanied by P.F.M. more
When I have to talk about such a beautiful album, I find it incredibly difficult to continue: and at the same time, it's all too easy to fall into rhetoric. It's too easy to lavish great words on the character, on his celestial voice, on his musical approach that is both intimate yet, at times, physical and aggressive; listening to him is accompanying me in these moments and the track is about to begin, that track, that cover of a Canadian poet... I pause, amid long chills, thinking... IN ECSTASY. more
Morgan is a talented artist, one of the few in Italy who still conceives of music as a work of art. more

Before Elvis, the world was in black and white. Then he arrived... and here comes a magnificent technicolor. more
Artists like David Bowie do not merely rely on formulas; they have always sought to innovate the musical language they employ. more

Probably the only metal band that I hold in high regard. Huge and seminal. more
Maybe I'm cursing... but for me, they could be considered the new Supertramp, although the sound is quite different! In fact, their sound is a rather light and catchy pop-rock with sporadic prog incursions characterized by a decidedly elegant touch that is never "rough"; they are simply marked by a greater hard and blues vein. In any case, a band with a fresh, personal, and decidedly non-derivative sound, to me is far from a commercial move! more
Let's be objective... they are not a great band, they are also a working-class group that knows how to do well what they do, little technique, little variety, good energy. But I enjoy listening to them, they still have good melodies. In my opinion, they are the last true embodiment of the concept of pure rock'n'roll; what makes them somehow interesting is the extreme nonchalance with which they alternate hard and soft tracks, as well as the fact that even when they veer towards alternative metal (or the grunge of their early days) or towards pop, they manage to remain tremendously and classically rock'n'roll. A band to listen to without too many mental gymnastics and prejudices! more
the best band from who knows which years more
Oh my God. There's a song here where Ice-T's appearance is the best part. Then they imitate hair metal like Warrant, their past selves from a few years ago, the thrash metal of Metallica. It follows with a tear-jerking ballad that is boring and some not awful but trivial tracks, among which stands out a Rusty Angels that borders on embarrassment. more
