Collettivo Soleluna -Roma
Despite everything, it's a beautiful and well-played album. In collaboration with Jovanotti. more
Jovanotti -Buon Sangue
OK. Jovanotti. But I like this album. Even if he is who he is. more
Michael Kiske
One of my favorite singers of all time. more
Muse
Great up to "Black Holes and Revelations" included, after a gradual decline. more
Robert Hood
They say he is one of the pioneers of minimal techno, therefore he deserves this definition. (even if he isn't) more
Sunny Day Real Estate
Stunning sounds and uncommon artistic sensitivity. Labeling them as 'emo' is not enough, as they transcend the genre in question. more
Molly Hatchet
The covers of this band are among the most misleading you can imagine: I can only imagine the number of Manowar fans who soaked up the sun with their records, relying on the fantasy-medieval warriors printed on them during the pre-internet era. Great southern rock band, carried forward by a herd of session musicians who have neither witnessed its beginnings nor played on the early and best albums: unfortunately, that's just how it is now, buying a name like it’s a brand, ignoring its history. more
Paul Thomas Anderson
One of the best dwarves ever, as a director he is untouchable. more
Creedence Clearwater Revival
Whether feeling happy, sad, or angry, the Creedence always lifts the spirits. Their songwriting quality is essentially unmatched. more
CCCP Fedeli alla linea
... not everyone can reach out with their arms to grasp fate, to slap its face. more
Light The Torch
I Light the Torch are a U.S. metalcore supergroup formed in Los Angeles in 2012, previously known as Devil You Know. more
King Crimson
The manifesto of progressive rock more
Fates Warning
I only know those with John Arch on vocals (wonderful), of which I discard nothing. A refinement that very few possess in heavy metal. more
Oceansize
One of the best alternative prog rock bands. Unfortunately, they broke up a while ago, but when I think back to that "Frames," I get chills. more
Lycia
Their gothic essence always manages to transport me to another planet. "Cold," in particular, is an absolute masterpiece. more
Bob Dylan
I admit it, I have never liked either his style or his voice. It has always and only annoyed me. more
Counterfeit
The Counterfeit were an English punk rock band from London, England. Formed in 2015, it consisted of singer and guitarist Jamie Campbell Bower, guitarists Tristan Marmont and Samuel Bower, bassist Roland Johnson, and drummer James Craig. Their debut album Together We Are Stronger was released on March 17, 2017, through Xtra Mile Recordings. On November 11, 2020, via an Instagram post, Bower announced the band's breakup - as during the Covid-19 lockdown, the other members stated that they "no longer want to participate in this project or live music in general" - and his intention to pursue a solo career. more
Donald Fagen
The only living genius of pop music. But it’s not for everyone. To appreciate Donald's music (along with the late Becker in Steely Dan), you have to arrive there after listening to many songs, musicians, and different genres. He is the perfect synthesis of all of it, at the highest levels, including production. And just to be clear, if it doesn’t “click” for you, it’s not his fault. Study music, composition, harmony, and melodic lines. Try to learn to play one or more instruments (listen to the virtuosity of the best soloists), not to mention the lyrics in RIMA, stunningly ambiguous, cryptic for those who can’t grasp or don’t want to delve deeper. If and when you get to choose to listen to him, an excellent pair of headphones is a must (to appreciate every instrument and nuance), and you will understand the astonishing uniqueness; you will be lost forever. But it's always better than being dead from ignorance, stuck between Trap, Hip hop, and Reggaeton. Well, friends, if you don’t like it, what can I say, enjoy the summer hits. Or maybe you just don’t have good taste... No offense, eh. more
