The discs of Pink Floyd, according to my conception, belong to the genre of "classics," meaning works that have managed to convey the eternal feelings of the human soul expressed at their best and the fundamental characteristics of their time. This magical fusion of pathos and epos was born in the 60s amidst the fairy-tale tones and hallucinogenic journeys of Barrett, continues through the unrestrained symphonism of AHM, and culminates in the masterpieces of the 70s, all worthy of being among the great masterpieces of music of all time. One of my favorite bands.
