Bill Evans, still in mourning, adds his usual touch of great class to an unusual Herbie Mann.
Too bad about the poor quality of the recording...
(but what 1996? 1961/62!) more
A great bluesman and songwriter, with a unique and unmistakable guitar tone as long as he used Gibson, in my opinion, more disappointing in getting the best out of the Strat. more

rock salsa, Latin rhythms, Californian psychedelia.....it truly has everything and more. more
overrated to an unbelievable extent! more

Great band, nothing like that crap of Iron Maiden. more
really great, a very elegantly mixed creation very well put together! more
A controversial album for the Floyd fans themselves, loved and hated in equal measure, I find it to be a unique and unrepeatable album, with a shocking sound! more

Today, now that I'm over 30, whenever I hear Max's voice, I happily find myself transported back to the '90s. more
Not much to say here: my favorite Dalla, the album I would take with me to a Desert Island, maybe alongside "Il giorno aveva cinque teste": the first roversiano and the first singer-songwriter. Just a coincidence, who knows. more
The striking self-titled album from 1979 (with the inevitable wrong cover of the debut) is the second piece of his exceptional "singer-songwriter" trilogy and, in general, yet another beautiful record in a sequence that began six years earlier with "Il giorno aveva cinque teste." This is a practically perfect album, with no flaws and a continuous inspiration in a series of great songs ("La signora," "Notte," "Stella di mare") punctuated by three particularly inspired tracks (rightly among his evergreens) that surpass even the high qualitative average of the album: "L'ultima luna," "Anna e Marco" (almost "Zavattiniana" in "Miracolo a Milano") and, of course, "L'anno che verrà." Immense Dalla. more
I Dream Syndicate have the best guitar parts ever. Amidst rattling feedback, blazing notes, melodic riffs, scorching solos, and wild jams, the California band has left us an invaluable legacy made up of energetic, poignant, and unforgettable songs. more
Better than the various Antonacci, Tozzi, Morandi... but it definitely doesn't deserve more than 3. more
Hit "plastified" and a few decent but not exceptional albums. Four friends probably with a metal soul who are now tired of doing well but just for MTV, the best bands in history are Nirvana, and they therefore... more
I'm really fed up with these ears... Axl is a chronic idiot, the facts prove it, but let's not kid ourselves, there’s much worse than this album, I completely agree. It just might not be to your liking, fair enough. more
