An effective and straightforward guitarist like few others, but without excessive desires for the spotlight, someone who knows his place. A peculiar touch and an immediately recognizable sound, a good composer and arranger, he is one of those guitarists capable of saving even mediocre pieces with his contributions (listen to "You Don't Fool Me"). He may not be a great soloist, but he is probably the prototype of the perfect band guitarist. And then he built himself an amazing guitar that he’s been playing for almost 40 years.
