Where is Bugo? Bugo? more
So much good stuff with Litfiba (1985-1995 period). As a solo artist, with the exception of "In faccia" and "Soggetti smarriti", INCOMMENTABLE. more
The last product truly worth mentioning, as far as I'm concerned... more
I give it a 4.5, which I round up for the historical importance it had and for how it managed to renew Italian music. Personally, I’ve never particularly loved the era with Mogol (except for "Anima latina" and a few scattered others), but the era with Pannella was extraordinary. Five albums, each one more beautiful than the last. more
Aside from "Karma stai calma" and "Donkey tonkey," all the tracks are above average. It's probably the penultimate inspired work of Fornaciari, although the next album seems slightly better. 3 right balls. more
A truly beautiful album, unfortunately underrated (like almost the rest of his discography). As far as I'm concerned, this is Ivan's last fully quality album. To have another inspired record like this, we'll need to jump straight to 1989. more
Only for Carioca does he deserve eternal praise. Not only does he sound like a lion, but he also manages not to repeat himself. more
Among his "colleagues," he is the least bad; however, he is not worth more than 2.5. more
The live album that closes the golden period of Genesis, a synthesis of the "A Trick of the Tail" tours (the version of "The Cinema Show" features the one and only Bill Bruford on drums) and, above all, of "Wind and Wuthering." Excellent recording quality, great music, an overall killer setlist, even though I've always hated the chopped version of "The Musical Box"—either play it all or don’t play it at all, damn it. I consider it a beautiful live album (the best among their official ones) but not a masterpiece; however, there are many grand moments: "Squonk" and "Dance on a Volcano/Los Endos" always rock the house live, the version of "Cinema Show" with Collins and Bruford stealing the show during the instrumental part is definitely the highlight of the live performance, "Supper's Ready" and "Firth of Fifth" are excellent, "Afterglow" gives chills. Not everything convinces me, for example, the Collins-led "Carpet Crawlers," or a very isolated Hackett, heavily penalized by the mixing—apart from "Firth"—but hey, it’s a great live album. Hackett left the band right during the mixing of the album, and "Seconds Out" remains, in fact, my last Genesis record truly from the “desert island.” more
"Air." Period. Too bad for what came after.. more
First CD okay, second not okay. more
Just for the reviews of @[The Punisher] more

Nothing special even in the much-praised early stage of his career. But maybe the problem is mine: I can't stand Renga, his voice, his way of singing. The Litfiba from 1985-1993 and the CCCP would eat him up in one bite. Renga's transformation into a crooner of ours is then something of disgustingly sad proportions. more
The latest album by Litfiba that is worth a listen. It strays quite a bit from their best masterpieces, but overall it manages to earn respect. Tracks like "Animale di zona," "Tammùria," "No frontiere," and "Ora d'aria" are worth a listen on their own. more
In the second half of the eighties, they were giants: the "trilogy of power" is simply extraordinary. Then there was the trilogy '90-'95, with still a few flashes of beauty, after IL BARATRO. But if with "Mondi sommersi" (97) they had already hit rock bottom, with "Infinito" (99) they even started to dig deeper! I prefer not to comment on the period with Gianluigi "Cabo" Cavallo. more
Until "Mr. Dapatas" (99), a great singer-songwriter, then there’s a decline and (unfortunately) a dark period. Fortunately, in 2016 he remembers he is an artist and makes an elegant comeback. Rating 3.5 for excess. more
Valid until 1986, then nothing. more
Bravine-i; too bad to have ridden, in order to achieve "easy success", a "useless Dance for years". more
