Words alone are not enough to define him. An absolute genius and a source of inspiration for three generations of musicians. more
Great pianist and excellent pop composer. "The Stranger" is one of my favorite albums. more
Classy pop (and not only that). Truly remarkable. more
Chilling. One of the best guitarists of all time. And, of course, highly underrated. more
A guitarist with balls of steel. And who made me feel so emotional. more
They were doing Heavy Metal 10 years before everyone else. Too ahead of their time. more
Phil Lynott and his companions didn't miss a beat. By far the most beautiful rock reality in Ireland, along with the great Rory Gallagher (Gary Moore was Northern Irish). more
Too good, employees. Yet they knew how to play, indeed. After The Joshua Tree, not much. more
First three decent albums. Then the abyss. Too hyped, too celebrated. Essentially nothing. I'm not giving it a 1 because they did make a few decent songs. more
More influential than the Stones and more badass. The perfect rock band. more
They have done great things at Hard Rock. Also some silly stuff. Extraordinary musicians in various line-ups. Klaus Meine is one of the best voices in the genre. more
Simply the best Italian band of all time. Unclassifiable in a genre. Definitely brilliant. Ah, and the voice of Demetrio. more
They are part of the history of Italian rock. Among the few Italian groups that are well-known and appreciated abroad as well. Some bad stuff in the 80s, but that's common among many bands of the genre. Ah, I saw them two years ago, and they are still amazing despite the line-up changes. Di Cioccio and Djivas are still super. more
As always, we Italians throw mud on our groups, underestimating them. Banco made history in the 70s. When I listen to "Il Ragno," I reach ecstasy. A story of Italian prog. more
I don’t understand the ostracism surrounding these guys. It’s true, they draw inspiration from Led Zeppelin (maybe a bit too much, especially the singer who is inspired by Robert Plant) but they really play well. I hope they start to shine on their own with their upcoming work. more
The overvaluation of the group. Some interesting insights but a chilling decline. The first album was great and there were only a few other good things in the subsequent albums. Axl Rose has definitely seen better days. more
Maybe a bit repetitive but pleasant to listen to. Jay Kay, the charismatic leader of this band. more
Lucio Dalla's school, and you can see it. One of the best Italian singer-songwriters to emerge in the last 30 years. Underrated to the extreme. more
"Marco is gone and he won't come back"
I can believe that... more
Something nice here and there (Music is everywhere) but so much, so much mediocrity. Decent guitarist but he never showed it. Voice too nasal and annoying. more
