REO Speedwagon
I listened to both their early works and the albums from the ’80s deemed their peak like "High Infidelity": well... stomach-churning, the worst of AOR, or rather its most clichéd incarnation. Stale melodies, flaccid, anonymous music, sold out more than commercial. At times, they unintentionally brush against Bubblemusic. Even Journey are better than these dull craftsmen. And bands like Toto (or even Survivor at this point) are light-years ahead. A unique banality. I only save "Nine Lives" and a little else scattered here and there. Our Pooh, in comparison, are Stockhausen. more
