Dario Argento
To be considered the worst director ever is, for me, blasphemy. He is a director who, in his best films, has demonstrated extraordinary visual talent and an ability to "construct" scenes that is exceptional. He also has some identifiable flaws such as linearity in screenplays (but then again, he is a director of horror and thrillers) and the management of actors (the performances often leave much to be desired). It is true that since the mid-eighties he hasn’t hit the mark with a film at his level, although "Non ho sonno" isn’t bad. He certainly has his place in the history of cinema. more

Antonello Venditti
I vote for the period "Ciao Uomo - Modena." Thanks to it, I got closer to songwriting. more
Francesco De Gregori
One cannot criticize; perhaps he suffers from obsessive-compulsive citationism, but each album is a rare gem. A titanic work, conceptually more mature. more
Roberto Vecchioni
I listened to several albums from the early period, my favorites being "Calabuig, stranamore e altri incidenti" and "Robinson, come salvarsi la vita." I can't find it among the masterpieces; it's a mix of high poetry and fillers. I will try to delve into it even more.

Assimilato, rettifico il voto. more
Sara Bareilles
Seen in the role of Mary Magdalene in "Jesus Christ Superstar," exceptional with a truly heartfelt and very engaging performance. I've noticed she's quite active in musicals; I'll look for some LPs. more
Andy e Larry Wachowsky
It’s time to change the name: now they are both women. more
Franco Califano
Mistreated for no reason at all. Califano, Ciampi, and Tenco form the existentialist triad of Italian music; after all, they were also friends. The trilogy "Tac...", "Ti Perdo..." and "...Tuo Califano" is a true gem with masterpieces like "Io non piango," "Chi sono io," and "Nun me porta' a casa." more
