Bruce Springsteen -Greetings From Asbury Park, N.J.
Still unripe, but an excellent debut. Beautiful poems like "Mary Queen Of Arkansas," "The Angel," "For You," but above all that great masterpiece "Lost In the Flood." Lyrics that are already mature and incredibly inspired. more
Bruce Springsteen -The Ghost Of Tom Joad
Great album, one of the latest peaks from an artist who hardly ever made bad records: the ghost of Tom Joad is still alive today and hides behind anyone who fights for freedom or for an ideal. more

Bruce Springsteen -Magic
A great return from the E Street Band five years after The Rising, an album where the band wasn't given enough credit. Here, there are plenty of sax solos and keyboards. At times it leans towards pop, but Girls in Their Summer Clothes justifies it all. A pop masterpiece. The best Bruce of the 2000s. You'll Be Comin' Down is the most underrated song of his entire career. A fundamental song: Long Walk Home. more

Crispian Mills can pronounce Sanskrit so well that he sounds Indian even when he sings in English. As for the rest, what else to say: "Jerry Was There" - guitar solo. That alone would be enough to find yourself in the arms of Krishna, in the gardens of Vrindavana. more

The umpteenth collective pre-adolescent delusion that seems to repeat every 4-5 years. Unfortunately, the fact that it occurs cyclically makes me think not that the world is sick, but that it’s completely healthy... I would be more worried if a cycle were to be skipped. more

Last week I walked past the Fnac in Milan and there was a crowd of clueless kids, ugly and loud, waiting in line for tickets. It was a moment of deep despair. Then I went inside to buy Burial and thought that I'd gladly give these people and their fan-Cocorico a good burial, preferably while they’re still alive. Bye. more
